MALVERN ROAD APARTMENTS, GLEN IRIS, $16.5M DEVELOPMENT

With plans for 31 high-end Residential Apartments, Hummingbird Samuel Nominees have engaged SEMZ PM to provide Project Management and Superintendent services for the planning, design and construction of this Malvern Rd project. Working alongside the Development Manager and Bruce Henderson Architects in the product remix, SEMZ’s expertise assisted in the creation of a viable project.

SEMZ efficiently mobilised and engaged a consultant team and worked with them to deliver the planning permit approvals and design development progression within a challenging time frame.   In parallel SEMZ led the Contractor Procurement, via an early contractor involvement process, which saw the achievement of project program, risk objectives without compromising the cost parameters.

Due for completion in 2018, the planned development of high end, owner occupier apartments will offer residents an overall sense of community with an ambience of relaxed comfort luxury.
