This strategic expansion responds to increasing demand from our clients and wider network across Queensland, where the SEMZ Leadership team have been working with the Brisbane Market for a number of years.
By establishing a physical presence in Brisbane, SEMZ will be delivering our trusted Project Management and Property Advisory services throughout one of Australia’s fastest-growing regions.
Our Queensland operation is led by Kelly, who brings extensive experience across a multitude of sectors – specifically health, education, residential, commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
Kelly has played a leading role in delivering pivotal projects that have shaped Queensland’s economy, most recently conducting the delivery of the $1.029 Billion Townsville University Hospital expansion project.
With her expansive background covering Town Planning, Contractor Side and Client-Side PM and DM, Kelly brings a unique combination of expertise -positioning her perfectly to steer projects successfully from inception to completion.
