- Education & Community: As Project Manager and Superintendent for the VSBA’s 2023 & 2024 Kindergarten on School Sites and 2025 Early Learning Centre program, SEMZ oversaw the delivery of modular kindergartens and ELC’s and delivered these on time and under budget, ready for students on day one of term one.
- Specialist Housing: SEMZ managed the delivery of Jesuit Social Services’ Perry House, a life changing modular-supported accommodation facility in Reservoir for young people aged 17–25, improving outcomes for a vulnerable community.
