SEMZ is proud to celebrate the completion of Windsor Place, a boutique commercial development that redefines the contemporary workplace experience along High Street, Windsor. Acting as Project Manager and Superintendent for the project, the outcome is a testament to the whole project team lead by Chapter Group, Camillo, K2LD, UpCo, Slattery and others to bring this innovative vision to life.

Windsor Place is a sophisticated commercial destination that seamlessly integrates A-grade office space with vibrant ground-floor retail, contributing to the evolving character of Windsor’s urban landscape.

Designed by K2LD, Windsor Place draws inspiration from the neighbourhood’s rich heritage while introducing a refined, modern material palette that balances warmth and sophistication. The architecture embraces light, scale, and connection, creating an environment that fosters collaboration, wellbeing, and community.

Beyond its striking façade, Windsor Place stands as a demonstrator for the future of smart, sustainable, and human-centric real assets, where technology, innovation, and ESG leadership drive performance, efficiency, and occupant wellbeing.

SEMZ Director Tom Warne said:

“Windsor Place reflects a shared commitment to design and delivery excellence. We’re proud to have collaborated with an exceptional group of partners and overcome some significant project challenges to deliver a building that is not only beautiful and functional but also forward-thinking in its approach to sustainability, technology and workplace experience.”

The completion of Windsor Place represents another successful delivery for SEMZ in Melbourne’s commercial and mixed-use sector, underscoring our expertise in managing complex, design-led projects that balance client vision, technical excellence, and long-term community value.
