As a certified Practicing Valuer, Juliana has over five years’ experience providing property advisory and valuation services in the residential development space. Specialising in medium to large scale townhouse/apartment projects and land subdivisions in the growth corridors, Juliana possesses strong financial acumen, and detailed understanding of the Victorian planning provisions and the Melbourne property market.
Joining SEMZ in 2018, Juliana continues to provide property advisory services, focusing on due diligence, highest and best use analysis and feasibility studies, development funding reports, strategic planning and project/development management. Her working style is client-focused, detail orientated and highly organised. Juliana is bilingual and is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin).
Juliana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation) with First Class Honours from RMIT University, is a Certified Practicing Valuer with the Australian Property Institute (API) and has a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV).
