Kelly leads the SEMZ Queensland Office.  Joining SEMZ in 2025, Kelly is highly experienced across a multitude of sectors – specifically health, education, residential, commercial, retail, and industrial.

Kelly has played a leading role in delivering pivotal projects that have shaped Queensland’s economy, most recently conducting the delivery of the $1.2Billion Townsville Hospital expansion project.    Kelly has an expansive background covering Town Planning, Contractor Side and Client Side PM –  a unique combination positioning her perfectly to steer projects successfully from inception to completion.
