Paige joined SEMZ in 2020 as a Graduate Project Coordinator, quickly moving on to her position as Project Manager. With a background in project and facilities management as well as real estate analysis, Paige is a well-rounded property professional.
Paige has extensive experience in property and facilities management, efficiently managing the operations and maintenance activities of mid-scale residential and industrial properties through regular inspections. Known for her strong attention to detail and exemplary skills in managing building defects and corresponding rectification processes, Paige’s time management, organisation, and communication skills are a proven asset to any project.
