Tom Haylock

Project Manager

Prior to joining SEMZ in 2016, Tom worked at Woods Bagot Architecture, developing his skills in architectural design, design coordination and project delivery. Through his experience working on an array of major commercial projects, including Collins Square, the Victoria Police Complex, Monash Health Translation Precinct and 356 Collins Street, Tom built strong relationships within the industry, realising his aptitude for project management.

With a background in design and technical construction, Tom brings a well-rounded skill set to his role as a client-side Project Manager. Tom has contributed to the success of a number of key projects with SEMZ, across several sectors. Tom played an integral role as Project Manager for the completion of Turner Residences, 31 townhouses in Malvern.  More recently, Tom has worked closely with the Rialto Towers Joint Venture in managing defects for the Regeneration Project and completing numerous tenancy fit-outs, lessor’s works and base building upgrades across the two towers.

Tom has a Bachelor of Design Studies and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Adelaide.
