SEMZ has been engaged as the Development Manager and Project Manager commencing with setting the project development brief, early concept development, planning approval and will continue through to construction completion and sale of the residences.

Demolition is due to be completed in December 2016 following with construction commencing early 2017 and completion and sale of the residences early 2018.
