The Uniting Church Synod in Australia (UCA) has announced a new partnership for the construction and leasing stage of Wesley Place. Following an intensive due diligence process, the UCA has completed a partnership agreement with Charter Hall property group.

The organisation has a strong commitment to long-term partnerships and a clear understanding of the Uniting Church ethos in relation to the Wesley Place project.
SEMZ was engaged by the UCA to manage the due diligence process, including undertaking, coordinating and facilitating the due diligence, facilitating and coordinating the preparation relevant legal agreements, project governance and stakeholder management.
