Botanicca 3 – Growthpoint Properties’ latest addition to Burnley’s Botanicca Business Park is rapidly emerging. With foundation works complete, time-lapse photography of the Gray Puksand designed development captures the progress as the buildings take shape.
With construction by Hacer Group, key features of this 19,204m2 NLA PCA A-Grade, 5 Star Green Star rated, 5 Star NABERS development will include; a premium shared lobby, two towers of tenancy offerings, childcare facility, flexible floorplates, outdoor garden, hotel style end of trip facilities, on-site amenity and a high ratio of off-street secure car spaces.
As the structure nears completion we look forward to commencing the next major milestone – curtain wall panels are now on site with plans in place to commence installation of the impressive high-performance curtain walling façade system and sun shades in coming weeks.
The project is on track for completion, scheduled for early-mid 2020. We are excited to be working as Project Manager and Superintendent for this significant Burnley development.
