At SEMZ we are privileged to make a significant contribution to the improvement and development of current and future Education facilities. Working with the likes of the Victorian School Building Authority, Chisholm Institute, and Bendigo Kangan Institute, our Project Management team are engaged on numerous projects, building all forms of school and TAFE facilities. We are currently delivering Early Learning, Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary schools and significant new and refurbishment TAFE projects.
In addition to Project Management services, our Property Advisory team have gained extensive experience assisting with numerous Education Sector projects over recent years. Advisory services provided include Development Strategies, Feasibility Assessments, Go to market strategies aimed at identifying/securing project partners and users and Business case compilation.
As a boutique organisation with highly involved directors actively engaged across all business projects, SEMZ is uniquely placed to apply the learnings gained from Education Sector project delivery and leverage this learning into improved project set up and design.
