We are privileged to work with a number of Clients, in responding to and forward planning to meet the needs of Victoria’s growing population.  SEMZ has been appointed under an ongoing service agreement to provide Land Access Planning, Property Advisory and Project Management Services to South East Water across a range of varying projects.

South East Water is a provider of water, sewerage, trade waste and water saving services for residents and businesses in an area ranging from South East of Melbourne to South Gippsland, including the Mornington Peninsula.

With Greater Melbourne’s increasing population, South East Water continues to roll out numerous network upgrades and developments to their services and service offering.

Our team are currently providing SE Water advice across over 15 separate projects, each with specific project requirements and stakeholder contacts.

SEMZ is providing Land Access Planning, Property Advisory and Project Management Services across key areas including; Land Acquisition, Easement Creation, Leases, Negotiation of Compensation in relation to land acquisitions, easements and leases, Land access and property related services and Town Planning Services Management across Statutory and Strategic Planning matters.

Our team are engaged in extensive stakeholder consultation with a diverse range of entities specific to each project, including; Melbourne Water, DELWP, Development Victoria, Shire Councils, Private property owners and Private Businesses.

The combined experience and expertise of SEMZ Development Managers has been essential in the navigation of specific individual needs and requirements of diverse stakeholders specific to each project.
