Developed by Altiset Development (Grollo Group), Designed by John Mantesso (Interlandi Mantesso Architects and built by Lang Constructions, the four-level apartment building has retail on ground floor, four apartments on level 1, nine apartments on levels 2 and 3 with a penthouse on level 4. The building is constructed using post tension concrete slabs with a combination of precast and in-situ concrete columns.
To suit the climate, the building includes thermally broken windows; the exterior features Colorbond Interlocking Panel Cladding, Kliplock roofing, tiles to balconies and stone to spandrel walls and columns. The internal fit-out features veneer and laminate joinery throughout with stone benchtops, mirrored shaving cabinets and splash backs. It has tiles to bathrooms and laundries, 100% wool carpet to bedrooms and timber flooring to living spaces.
