As Development Manager and Project Manager for Kirra Gardens, the SEMZ team recently had the pleasure of joining celebrations at the topping out ceremony, a significant milestone in the construction journey of Emery Group’s award-winning Camberwell apartment development.
Designed by C.Kairouz with construction by Samssons Projects, construction is progressing well with the fourth level in place just in time for Christmas.
A highlight of the event, hosted by Samssons Projects, was enjoying the lush tree-lined views across the neighbourhood from the vantage point of the upper level.
Despite being in construction phase, Kirra Gardens has already been recognised with awards for its sustainability innovations and visionary design including winning Gold at Melbourne Design Awards, Silver in the Australian Design Awards for proposed architecture, and the notable International Property Awards for Best Residential Development Asia Pacific Region. C.Kairouz Architects summed up the topping out of construction and the significance of this thoughtfully designed residential project ‘As we reach the top floor, we are not just constructing a building; we are creating an iconic landmark for Camberwell that reflects the pinnacle of modern living.’
