Designed by Tectura Architects and constructed by local Ballarat builder H.Troon, the school is expanding into the adjoining greenfield site, allowing for the construction of two new educational facilities, a competition standard gymnasium and competition size synthetic AFL pitch. The existing campus is also undergoing upgrades and refurbishments to amalgamate the two spaces.
The school will continue to be a strong learning hub for students of Miners Rest Primary, with the new modern learning environments to accommodate the future growth of the local community. The exciting plans also allows the competition grade sporting facilities to be available for shared use with the wider Miner’s Rest community.
The project is on track to be completed by the end of this year.
