With a passion for the Construction industry and particular interest in Heritage Restoration projects, Caera joined SEMZ in 2018 as a Project Co-ordinator.

Known for her meticulous eye for detail and exceptional project organisation skills, Caera provided widespread support to the SEMZ team whilst building her experience and knowledge across Project Management, Advisory, Construction and the SEMZ project portfolio.  Quickly recognised for her project management skills and desire to drive positive project outcomes,  Caera was promoted to Project Manager in 2021.
