John brings a wealth of experience to SEMZ, starting his career in property valuations and transitioning into property development.
John is well versed in providing advisory and valuation advice across property asset classes, having significant experience valuing commercial property, residential property and development sites.
In addition to advisory and valuation experience, John has exposure to front-end development processes including feasibility analysis, property finance, deal origination and master planning.
